"Rose Tea" by Sally Red

This is the second in a series entitled, �Floral Teas�, and features the Cabbage Rose embroidery design Set design set used with an off the edge applique technique. Stitching with makes the rose used in this project come alive with texture, dimension and color.
Wing needle stitching echoes the oval border of a simple sky blue background framing the letter �R� from the A Family Tree Font. The same fabric used in the rose applique below is found in the center of the letter drawing the eye up and down the rose-themed tea towel.
The same beautiful roses would be just as stunning on the back of a jacket or blouse collar, a tablecloth or a purse flap. So, enjoy stitching your projects with confidence using these beautiful designs.
